The Back to Routine Giveaway begins Tuesday, September 8, 2026 at 12:00 PM ET and closes Monday, September 14, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET.

One potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries and contacted only by @smooveess via Instagram direct message.

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the Greater Toronto Area, defined for the purposes of this Giveaway as Toronto, Durham, Halton, Peel and York, who have reached the age of majority in Ontario.

The selected entrant must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question before being declared the winner.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

1. Sponsor

The Back to Routine Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Smoovees (the “Sponsor”).

2. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins Tuesday, September 8, 2026 at 12:00 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends Monday, September 14, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET.

Entries received before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the Greater Toronto Area (“GTA”), defined for the purposes of this Giveaway as Toronto, Durham, Halton, Peel and York, who have reached the age of majority in Ontario at the time of entry.

Employees, representatives and agents of the Sponsor and participating brands, and members of their immediate households, are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

No purchase necessary.

During the Giveaway Period, entrants must visit the official Back to Routine Giveaway post on Instagram at @smooveess and:

  1. Follow @smooveess and all participating accounts identified in the Giveaway post
  2. Like the Giveaway post
  3. Tag one friend in the comments

Entrants may receive additional entries by tagging additional friends in separate comments. One friend may be tagged per comment, and each eligible comment will count as one entry.

Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, automated or otherwise fail to comply with these Official Contest Rules may be disqualified.

5. Prize

There will be one (1) prize winner.

The winner will receive the complete Back to Routine Giveaway prize package featuring the products, gift cards and other prizes contributed by the participating brands identified above.

Approximate retail value of the complete prize package: $600 CAD.

Prize components are subject to availability. The prize must be accepted as awarded and is not redeemable for cash. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize or prize component with an item of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Winner Selection

Following the close of the Giveaway, one potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be contacted only by @smooveess via Instagram direct message.

To be declared the winner, the selected entrant must:

  • Meet all eligibility requirements
  • Have completed all required entry steps
  • Confirm GTA residency and age of majority
  • Correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without assistance
  • Provide the information reasonably required to coordinate prize delivery

If the selected entrant cannot be contacted, does not respond within the timeframe specified by the Sponsor, fails to meet the eligibility requirements or incorrectly answers the skill-testing question, the Sponsor may select another potential winner.

7. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

8. Prize Delivery

Smoovees will coordinate delivery of the complete prize package to the confirmed winner.

The winner must provide a valid delivery address within the Greater Toronto Area and any other information reasonably required to arrange delivery.

9. General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, automated or otherwise do not comply with these Official Contest Rules.

The Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to cancel, suspend, modify or terminate the Giveaway if circumstances beyond its reasonable control affect the proper administration, security or fairness of the Giveaway.

By entering, entrants agree to comply with these Official Contest Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor with respect to the Giveaway.
